1. Cancellation by the Customer
More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
15–30 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund available.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
2. Cancellation by 719K LLC
If we are forced to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events, political instability, minimum group size not met), you will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule or apply your payment as credit toward a future tour.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Booking fees
Third-party services such as flights, visa processing, or travel insurance
Custom/private tours (unless canceled by 719K LLC)
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 10–14 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
5. Modifications and Rebooking
Date changes or modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact our team as early as possible to discuss your options.
